Shipping Policy

Thanks for your order! To clear up any questions you might have after you place your order we’ll do our best below to answer any burning questions you might have.

How long will it take to get my package?

Our hours of operation are from Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm. If you place an order during those times we do our best to pack and ship your order within 24 hours. If the order is a preorder we usually note the timeline in the product description so please read them carefully to avoid any confusion. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the following day, as will orders received on Sunday.

Depending on the shipping method you choose OR that is available for the specific product, the package should arrive in 2-4 days. Please understand once the order leaves our hands it’s on the Post Office to get it to you in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, we have no control over the timeline. We currently offer United States Postal Service and are planning on expanding our services.

You will receive an email with a tracking number so please make sure your email is correct and double check for best results and to avoid any delays.

During periods of inclement weather packages times can be extended so please be aware of these situations. We’ve seen delivery times extended by 2-5 days depending on the weather event.

Do you offer International Shipping?

We are a US-based company and operate in the continental United States and Canada. If you’re outside of the US we ask that you contact us for shipping and we’ll work with you on a cost for shipping that works for you. Generally, overseas packages cost equal to or more than the product itself.
